Security guard commits suicide in Delhi
December 3rd, 2011 - 1:12 am ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Dec 2 (IANS) A 50-year-old security guard at North Delhi Power Limited (NDPL) office here committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan, police said Friday.
Suresh Kumar, a retired Border Security Force (BSF) officer, was found hanging in side the office of NDPL at Mangolpuri in north Delhi Friday, said police.
Kumar’s body has been sent to Sanjay Gandhi hospital for post mortem.
Kumar, resident of Inderjeet colony at Bawana in norh Delhi, used to work as a security guard in the power station.
Kumar stayed with his wife and two children.
“No suicide note was recovered from his possession,” police said.
