Security beefed up in Mathura
December 20th, 2009 - 2:00 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )Mathura, Dec 20 (IANS) Security has been beefed up at the sensitive Sri Krishna Janambhoomi campus in Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura district, police said Sunday.
A police officer said security was beefed up following a review by Uttar Pradesh’s Deputy Director General (security intelligence) Raja Srivastav Friday.
“A control room is being established with interactive facilities, more security personnel are being posted and the CCTV network has been extended to keep an eye on every visitor in the whole campus,” the officer said.
