October 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Extreme Makeover-Home Edition, this Sunday showed the house of Nathan Montgomery, who is the owner of Salt & Light Ministry. He had left the job of Alloy Casting where he worked as an engineer. The organization, Salt & Light Ministry is a charity organization and provides furniture, clothing, food to poor people in Champaign County. Montgomery family has to depend on donations for funding the money that is needed for running the organization and supplying necessary products to people. Experts and volunteers of ‘Extreme Makeover: Home Edition’ have worked to repair the home of the family and give them a better place to live in. They have also remodeled the office of Salt & Light Ministry making it better than before.

As stated by the sources, volunteers who had assisted for the remodeling of Nathan Montgomery’s home had gathered on Sunday night at the time of ‘Extreme Makeover:Home Edition’ telecast. They had watched the show together in Conference Center and Doubletree Hotel. Everyone who had gathered to watch the episode remembered the days when they had worked together for remodeling the home.

Isaacson Concrete and Excavating’s owner, Todd Isaacson had helped in the remodeling of the home. The company had helped in demolition and excavation of the building. They have also helped in septic work as well as landscaping of the building. The company voluntarily supplied materials as well as 30 men’s work for remodeling Montgomery family’s house. He was quite happy on Sunday. He said, “It was a great team effort, not just on our part, but all (those who worked).
