New Delhi, April 11 (IANS) An amount of Rs.500,000 in cash kept in a car was stolen Friday when its driver was settling a road accident row with two scooter riders whom he had hit in northwest Delhi, the police said. According to the police, the money was stolen when Prem Chand, a driver employed with businessman Vijay Pal, had a heated argument with two men on a scooter in Pitampura area around 2.30 p.m.

The police said Prem Chand was returning from the Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) after withdrawing the cash on the direction of his employer when he met with the accident.
