London, Oct 16 (IANS) British royal couple Prince William and Kate Middleton have helped to raise 625,000 pounds for a charity, after hosting a special dinner here.
Dailystar.co.uk reports that they welcomed guests to the 100 Women in Hedge Funds gala at St. James’ Palace Thursday to benefit the Child Bereavement Charity, of which the prince is a patron.
“What you are both doing together to alleviate the suffering of children who have lost family members, and bereaved families who have experienced the tragedy of losing a child, is beyond praise,” said a guest.
