Rathore’s anticipatory bail plea dismissed
January 8th, 2010 - 4:46 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )Panchkula (Haryana), Jan 8 (IANS) A Panchkula court in Haryana Friday dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of former state police chief S.P.S. Rathore, who molested teenager Ruchika Girhotra 19 years ago.
Additional district and sessions judge Sanjeev Jindal dismissed the bail plea filed after two fresh FIRs were registered against Rathore Dec 29.
Rathore was booked under non-bailable charges like attempt to murder, criminal intimidation, forging evidence, wrongful confinement, fabricating false evidence and criminal conspiracy.
