“On Saturday night, he allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself. Police were informed about the incident Sunday morning,” said a police official.
Police have recovered a suicide note, in which Walia wrote that he did not blame anyone for his actions.
The body was handed over to the family after the autopsy.
