Sacramento, October22, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Quran Jones [19 years] was accused of raising violence in the California State University. It was reported by the sources that he had beaten up one of the students of the University. The student was found in serious condition on the floor of his room. He died at the UC Davis Medical Center. As stated by the sources, the victim also resided in the dormitory of the university. However, the University officials had not yet revealed the identity of the student who had died.

University Police Department had taken charge of the entire matter immediately and went to arrest the culprit. Sgt. Joe Green had stated that the accused had attacked one of the police officials with knife when he went to the dormitory to arrest him. Police had to start firing to stop him. Jones has been transported to the hospital and Police would arrest him once he recovers from the injuries. Green stated that Jones would not only be charged as suspect of murder but also he would face the charge of attempting to murder police officer. When asked about the condition of the injured police official, he stated that he would not require to undergo any surgery as his condition was stable.

Shooting and murder in the University campus has shocked people and they are inquisitive to learn the reason behind this. Sgt. Green stated that investigations were on progress to find the motive behind such a brutal act in the university campus. Police officials had assured the parents that the university campus is fully under control. The students are safe and there is no threat to their life.
