Police station head suspended for drinking at work

New Delhi, May 11 (IANS) A station house officer (SHO) was suspended Monday for allegedly drinking liquor in a police station here.
Rajesh Kumar Nathani, the SHO at Swaroop Nagar police station in northwest Delhi, was found consuming liquor in the police station Sunday night by a vigilance team, a police officer said.

“Based on a complaint, the vigilance team arrived at the police station and found Nathani consuming alcohol. He has been put under suspension,” Deputy Commissioner of Police (northwest) N.S. Bundela told IANS.
