PM calls on President

New Delhi, Aug 14 (IANS) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh called on President Pratibha Patil Sunday to discuss the ongoing parliament session and other important issues.
The meeting between the two at Rashtrapati Bhavan lasted for around 30 minutes.
“The two leaders discussed about the ongoing session of parliament. They also discussed about various other issues of national and international importance,” an official statement after the meeting said.
