Pleasant Monday in Delhi, cool days ahead
October 31st, 2011 - 9:06 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Oct 31 (IANS) It was a sunny yet pleasant day in Delhi Monday with the maximum temperature settling at 31.6 degrees, a notch above average for this time of the year. The Met Office said mornings and evenings will get colder as the week progresses.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 15.9 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season, said the India Meteorological Department (IMD). The humidity levels wavered between a high of 90 percent and a low of 32 percent.
According to the IMD, Tuesday’s maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be around 31 and 16 degrees Celsius, respectively.
