Perez Hilton has finally taken his fight with Black Eyed Peas road manager, Polo Molina, to the court. According to reports from Reuters, the celebrity blogger, on Wednesday, filed a civil lawsuit in the Los Angles Superior Court. Hilton, in his complaint against Molina, states that the Black Eyed Peas manager had punched him at a after party in Toronto, on June 21, the night of the MuchMusic Video Awards.

He further goes on to highlight the cause of the conflict, stating that Molina was upset with his online criticism of the latest BEP album. It should be noted here that Hilton had, on a previous occasion called the band’s lead singer Fergie, ‘fugly’. So, this was not the first time that the blogger was getting in to trouble with the band members of BEP.

Toronto police have already registered a case against Molina, charging him with assault. Hilton, it is stated, is seeking unquoted damages for the physical and emotional assault. In an interview, Hilton has said that he is a firm believer of non violence, but he has become a victim of intentional inflection of emotional distress. The photographs and videos of the incident is posted all over the net. The photo was first published on the website of drinktheglitter.com, with the quote,”Check out this epic shot of Perez Hilton and Lady Gaga right in the middle of the tuffle after the MuchMusic Video Awards after party in Toronto, Ontario this weekend!” Hilton was in the club with Lady Gaga on the eventful night. In an interview to the Associated Press, Hilton admitted that he had called Will.I.am from the BEP, a ‘faggot’ which is a gay slur; and we all know that Hilton,whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, is a gay.
