Pakistan sets up task force on energy shortage

Islamabad, Jan 8 (IANS) The Pakistani government has set up a special task force to tackle the energy shortage the industrial sector is facing.Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has constituted the special task force, comprising eminent businessmen, to drraw up a roadmap to address the energy shortage, Associated Press of Pakistan reported.
A group of eminent businessmen Saturday apprised Gilani of the problems and acute shortage of natural gas, being faced by the industry.
