Paes-Bhupathi picked to play in London Olympics
June 15th, 2012 - 6:41 pm ICT by IANSBangalore, June 15 (IANS) Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi will represent India in the men’s doubles event of tennis competitions at the 2012 London Olympics, All India Tennis Association (AITA) president Anil Khanna announced Friday.
The Paes-Bhupathi pairing up means that Rohana Bopanna will miss out competing in the doubles competition.
Khanna said the decision, following a meeting here of the selection committee, was taken after a tele-conference with all three players in the fray.
