The country boat with 12 people on board had capsized in Kolab reservoir, some 560 km from state capital Bhubaneswar.
The tragedy occurred when the people were on their way from Pujariput village across the reservoir to attend a function at Jolahonja. Four people, including two women, managed to swim back a few hours after the accident.
While bodies of six people were recovered Monday, the last two bodies were fished out Tuesday, Superintendent of Police A.K. Sahu told IANS.
The dead include five women and two children.
