Order on framing charges in 2G case reserved
August 29th, 2011 - 4:54 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Aug 29 (IANS) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) special court hearing the 2G spectrum allocation case Monday reserved its order on framing of charges against the 17 accused.
CBI Special Judge O.P. Saini made the decision after hearing the arguments of the CBI against all the accused.
After CBI concluded the arguments, the judge said: “Order is reserved and we will pronounce the order on framing of charges on Sep 15.”
