One killed, four injured in Delhi explosion

- New Delhi, Aug 28(IANS) One person was killed and four were injured in a mysterious explosion at a scrap shop in Uttam Nagar of west Delhi Thursday evening, the police said.”We recieved a call at around 6.20 in the evening about some kind of explosion at a scrap dealer’s shop in Uttam Nagar. Two fire tenders were rushed to the spot,” fire brigade officials said.
“The injured people were taken to a hospital where a 25-year-old man, who has not been identified as yet, succumbed to injuries,” the police said. Investigations into the cause of the explosion are on.
