One killed by suspected Maoists
May 3rd, 2010 - 4:31 pm ICT by IANSKolkata, May 3 (IANS) Suspected Maoists shot dead a man in Jhargram in West Bengal’s West Midnapore district, police said Monday.
The body of Ram Mandi was recovered from the Jhargram-Binpur road Monday morning, Superintendent of Police Pravin Tripathi said.
Police suspect Mandi was killed due to differences with Maoists. Maoist posters were found beside the body.
