December 6th, 2009 - 1:07 am ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )New Delhi, Dec 5 (IANS) A day after a 68-year-old man was found stabbed to death in his west Delhi house, police were yet to make any breakthrough in the case Saturday.
Devender Kumar Marwa was found dead in his first floor house in the Rajouri Garden area Friday evening.
“We believe an insider’s hand was behind the murder. Though the house was not ransacked, the murderer has removed rings from his (Marwa’s) hand,” a police officer said.
Marwa ran a photocopy shop in the Kirti Nagar area. He was alone in the house when he was attacked and murdered. The incident came to light when a servant went up to serve him food and found him dead.
She informed his son Parveen Marwa, who then called the police.
