No constituency, I still don’t speak: Speaker

Somnath ChatterjeeNew Delhi, Feb 13 (IANS) “Why do you speak all the time? My constituency is no more, I still don’t speak,” Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee said in parliament Friday.
Chatterjee was ticking off an MP who tried to get a word in as Minister for Railways Lalu Prasad was presenting the interim railway budget.

Chatterjee’s old Lok Sabha constituency, Bolpur in West Bengal, has now been reserved so that he cannot contest from there again.
