Nitish Katara murder convict to get parole
December 23rd, 2009 - 4:25 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )New Delhi, Dec 23 (IANS) The Delhi High Court Wednesday granted five-hour custodial parole to Vishal Yadav, who is serving life sentence for killing Nitish Katara, to attend his sister’s engagement Dec 26.
A division bench comprising Justices Vipin Sanghi and Anil Kumar after considering Yadav’s plea directed Delhi and Uttar Pradesh police to escort him from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on the day to Ghaziabad to attend the ceremony.
