NIA probe on Kerala cop’s terror links
June 30th, 2010 - 9:16 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, June 30 (IANS) The central government Wednesday ordered a National Investigation Agency probe into the alleged terror links of controversial Kerala police officer Tomin J. Thachenkery.
Home Secretary G.K. Pillai made the announcement here Thursday.
Thachenkery, holds the rank of Inspector General of Police, was posted in Kannur. He was suspended in April after his alleged terror links surfaced.
