New chief justice for Calcutta high court
December 24th, 2009 - 9:36 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )Kolkata, Dec 24 (IANS) Justice Mohit Shantilal Shah Thursday took over as the new Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court.
West Bengal Governor Devanand Konwar administered the oath of office to Justice Shah, who will occupy the post that fell vacant after incumbent S.S. Nijjar was elevated to the Supreme Court Nov 17.
