Noida, Sep 20 (IANS) Bollywood heart-throb Ranbir Kapoor can’t stop praising his co-star and debutante Nargis Fakhri - he says her presence is a boon to his forthcoming movie “Rockstar” and hopes that the audiences would be “kind to her” when they see her on screen.

“Nargis is an amazing actor. She is a big boon to our film. We are lucky to have her on board our film,” Ranbir, who was looking like a rockstar in a pair of jeans, green kurta and a jacket, told reporters here Tuesday.

“I pray that audiences accept Nargis as this is her first film. I request everyone to be kind to her. It feels really nice to know that people are liking our chemistry on screen.”

“Rockstar”, slated for a Nov 11 release, is about a young successful musician and his tryst with love. While Ranbir plays the protagonist, Nargis, who is a half Czech-half Pakistani model, plays his love interest.

The actor visited the Centrestage mall here to unveil the poster of his film “Rockstar” and, as expected, the shopping arena swarmed with people cheering and hooting for the Kapoor scion.

Ranbir, who visited the Hazrat Nizamuddin dargah Monday with director Imtiaz Ali, described it as a spiritual experience.

“It was a very spiritual experience. I think we are lucky enough that Nizamuddin dargah gave us the opportunity to sing with the qawwals and sing the song with them at the dargah itself,” said Ranbir.
