Murder accused arrested
August 7th, 2010 - 7:12 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Aug 7 (IANS) A man wanted in a murder case was arrested from northeast Delhi Saturday, police said.
Mukesh Kumar was arrested in the Karawal Nagar area on a tip-off from an informer.
“One country-made pistol along with one live cartridges has been recovered from his possession,” Deputy Commissioner of Police (northeast) S.S. Yadav said.
A resident of Khichripur area of Delhi, Mukesh was wanted in a murder case and three other cases including robbery. The man has spent three years in jail for other crimes.
