Moonshine kills 11 in Punjab
October 28th, 2010 - 12:02 pm ICT by IANSHoshiarpur (Punjab), Oct 28 (IANS) At least 11 people were killed and a few fell ill after consuming spurious liquor in a village of Punjab’s Hoshiarpur district, police said Thursday.
Police raided the premises where the liquor was prepared. The incident took place Wednesday night in Miyani village near Tanda town, about 180 km from Chandigarh.
