Minor fire in Delhi’s Connaught Place
January 9th, 2011 - 6:42 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Jan 9 (IANS) A minor fire broke out near the Air India office in Connaught Place in central Delhi Sunday morning, fire brigade officials said. No one was injured.”We got a call about a fire near the Air India office in Connaught Place at around 11 a.m. and rushed two fire engines to the spot,” a fire brigade official said.
“The waste material near the office building had caught fire and it was of a minor nature,”the official added.
The fire was doused in minutes, he said, adding that no one was injured.
