Miller against animal testing for cosmetics
October 5th, 2011 - 3:46 pm ICT by IANS
London, Oct 5 (IANS) Actress Sienna Miller is bitterly opposed to animal testing in the cosmetics industry.
The 29-year-old backs the British Union for the Abolition of Vivisection’s “No Cruel Cosmetics” drive, which calls for a ban on animal testing for cosmetic products sold in the European Union.
“We are delighted to have the support of Sienna Miller. It is totally unacceptable for animals to continue to suffer and die in the name of beauty,” contactmusic.com quoted an activist as saying.
