Militants blast rail track in Kashmir
March 7th, 2011 - 11:18 pm ICT by IANSSrinagar, March 7 (IANS) Separatist guerrillas late Monday evening carried out a mine blast on the railway track at Wanabal in Nowgam sector on the city outskirts, police said.
The blast caused minor damage to the railway track although window panes of neighbouring houses were shattered in the impact, a police official told IANS.
The area has been cordoned off and a search is being carried out to apprehend the militants.
