Mike Pandey presented V. Shantaram award
February 5th, 2012 - 11:24 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Feb 5 (IANS) India’s veteran environmental film maker Mike Pandey has been presented the V. Shantaram Life Time Achievement Award of the Mumbai International Film Festival 2012. The award carries a citation, a trophy and a cash prize of Rs.5 lakh.
Pandey was presented the award by Maharashtra Governor K. Sankaranarayanan.
The award was instituted in 1996 in the memory of India’s foremost film maker V. Shantaram.
