London, May 24 (IANS) Actress Lindsay Lohan’s estranged father Michael has pleaded not guilty of attacking his ex-girlfriend during an argument.
Michael was accused of attacking his on and off girlfriend Kate Major and was arrested in March.
He appeared at a court in Beverly Hills Monday to enter his plea before a judge where he denied the accusations and accused Kate Major of lying, faking her injuries and attacking him.
“I didn’t touch her. I didn’t do a damn thing to her. When we got back to the house, she was in the bedroom and I was cooking dinner when she started screaming. She was yelling ‘What the f**k is this? You’re a piece of s**t. Who is Maryann Mancuso’ and that is a friend of mine,” contactmusic.com quoted the 51-year-old as saying.
“She was holding my phone and I grabbed it away from her. She had something sharp in her hand and she grabbed my arm and slashed my arm open,” he added.
Michael will now stand trial July 5.
