Mathew was a pioneer in language media: Soni

New Delhi, Aug 2 (IANS) Information and Broadcasting Minister Ambika Soni Sunday condoled the demise of K.M. Mathew, chief editor of Malayala Manorama, saying that he was was a pioneer in the development of language media in the country.
In her message, Soni said Mathew was a visionary who pursued social issues, specially those concerning people in the field of literacy.
She conveyed her heartfelt condolences to the members of the bereaved family.
