Maoist slit contractor’s throat
February 3rd, 2011 - 7:12 pm ICT by IANSRanchi, Feb 3 (IANS) Maoist rebels killed a contractor by slitting his throat in Jharkhand’s Chatra district Thursday, police said.Asraf Mian was abducted from his house in Giddhor area and his dead body was found early Thursday from Mahuatand area.
The rebels left a pamphlet terming the contractor as “pimp” of the government, a police official said.
Chatra district is around 160 km from Ranchi.
