Manmohan returns after IBSA summit

New Delhi, Oct 19 (IANS) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh returned here Wednesday night after attending the 5th summit of the leaderships of India, Brazil and South Africa (IBSA) at Pretoria.
The prime minister alos held trilateral and bilateral engagements with his host President Jacob Zuma of South Africa and President Dilma Rousseff of Brazil.
