Ghaziabad, March 2 (IANS) The semi-naked bodies of a man and woman were found about a kilometre from each other on the Delhi-Loni road here. The police suspect that both were in an illicit relationship and were murdered for it.
A 40-year-old man was found dead, with his throat slit and in half naked condition, in a drain near Karhera village. People noticed the body and informed the police.

As the police reached the spot and tried to take the body out, they were informed of the recovery of another body - a 25-year-old woman in naked condition and stuffed in a sack - about a kilometre from the spot.

Ghaziabad city Superintendent of Police Anant Dev said: “The two bodies were found on the same stretch of road. They could have been murdered almost simultaneously. We suspect that they had an illicit relationship and were murdered due to that. However, we have no evidence as of now to prove it.”
