Bhubaneswar, Jan 5 (IANS) A man committed suicide Tuesday after killing his wife, two sons and a daughter in Sundergarh district of Orissa, police said.
Jala Tigha, 50, of Tikayatpali village, 600 km from here, first went on a killing spree with a sharp weapon. He then took poison and died, police officer Sudarshan Sethy said.

Another daughter, who is three years old, was also attacked and was critically injured, he said. Tigha was a mason and the reason for the mass murder is not known.
