Noida, May 13 (IANS) A man who impersonated as private secretary of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati and asked the Noida additional chief executive officer (ACEO) to award a tender was arrested Tuesday. According to sources, Pankaj Sharma, a resident of Laxmi Bai Nagar in New Delhi, called ACEO Y.K. Behl Friday last and told him to award a tender to a contractor.

When the tender was not awarded, Sharma told Behl that he was Net Ram, private secretary of Mayawati.
