Subhas Kumar, who hails from Bokaro in Jharkhand, was arrested Monday when he visited a friend to borrow some money.

According to police, Subhas had fled after strangling his wife in their rented house in Malviya Nagar in south Delhi April 22.

Police said Subhas had first fled to a Maoist-affected area on the Bihar-West Bengal border before returning to Gurgaon.
