Man attempts suicide in Supreme Court
September 26th, 2011 - 11:20 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Sep 26 (IANS) A 50-year-old man tried to commit suicide by consuming poison in the Supreme Court complex here, police said Monday.
Police said that Gulab Singh was found unconscious inside the apex court premises at around 11.40 a.m..
He was lying on ground with foam coming out from his mouth.
“He was rushed to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital where he was said to be out of danger,” said a police officer.
Singh came here to attend a court proceeding. He was allegedly fed up with it as he has been going through the ordeal of various courts for last few years, according to police sources.
