Man arrested for raping, murdering minor
February 10th, 2011 - 12:29 am ICT by IANSFarrukhabad (Uttar Pradesh), Feb 9 (IANS) A youth was arrested here Wednesday on charges of raping and killing an 8-year-old girl, police said.The girl’s body was recovered from the fields of Naglaswamy village here Tuesday, according to the press statement issued by the director general of police’s office in Lucknow.
Vinod Kumar has been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 302 (murder), 376 (rape) and 201 (concealment of evidence).
