Maiden crown for Malik in junior squash

Chennai, Nov 4 (IANS) Karan Malik won his first major title defeating Abhishek Pradhan in four games in an all-Tamil Nadu Boys under-17 final while Harita Omprakash picked up her fifth consecutive crown as the ICL National Junior squash championship concluded here Tuesday.There were no surprises on the final day as Vikram Malhotra and Dipika Pallikal won the titles in the under-19 section.

Tamil Nadu won five titles followed by Delhi (3) and Maharashtra (2).
