Chennai, Dec 24 (IANS) The eagerly awaited Aamir Khan-starrer “Ghajini” will be released Thursday, as scheduled, as the Madras High Court Wednesday lifted a stay on its release.A division bench of Justices V. Dhanapalan and N. Satyanarayanan allowed the release.
Justice P.R. Shivakumar had stayed the Hindi film’s release Tuesday after A. Chandrasekaran, the producer of the original Tamil film of the same name, filed a suit saying that the producers of the Hindi remake had “fabricated documents to claim ownership over the remake rights”.
