Lokpal panel meetings to be audio-recorded: Sibal
April 16th, 2011 - 3:29 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, April 16 (IANS) The government has agreed to audio-recording of all meetings of the Lokpal Bill panel and to holding public consultations before a final draft of the anti-graft law is prepared.
This was revealed by Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal after the first meeting of the joint drafting panel in the capital Saturday.
The 10-member joint committee held its first meeting at North Block to discuss procedures to be followed for drafting of the anti-graft bill.
