After months of keeping mum on the subject, Grammy award winning singer Lil Wayne has finally spoke about being the father of the child that Lauren London is reportedly carrying. He finally chose to break the news of his new baby to the world.

The rapper came out with the admission during a radio interview that was held on Tuesday, August 18. Though it had been long in circulation that he had fathered London’s child, it was the first time that the news was baptized by Wayne.

“ATL actress London had surprised all the guests at Diddy’s party, held over the Fourth of July, when she arrived looking very much pregnant, with a bulging belly. On Tuesday’s interview, Fuzzy, the radio jockey for Los Angeles Power 106 station, had asked Wayne, “Lauren London, she fine. She very pregnant with your baby.” Wayne had answered in the affirmative saying, “Very pregnant, yes,” and when Fuzzy chose to congratulate him about the new arrival, he gladly accepted the wishes.

Lil Wayne and Lauren London had both been seen together for quite sometime at many basketball games in the past. However, it had never been clear, or even confirmed by them, whether they were in a relationship or were casually dating each other. Even the reps. for the both the celebrities did not respond to media inquisitions on previous occasions.

This is going to the third child for the performer; he has a daughter named Reginae, with his former wife Toya Carter and a son, born last year, whose mother had not been identified.
