New Delhi, May 13 (IANS) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Friday attributed the rout of the Left in West Bengal to the worldwide decline of Marxism.
“The global decline of the Marxist ideology appears to have belatedly arrived in India,” BJP leader Arun Jailtey told reporters here.
The Trinamool Congress and its ally the Congress crushed the Left in West Bengal, ending 34 uninterrupted years of Communist rule.
