Kalam to visit Allahabad University

Abdul Kalam will visit the Allahabad University in Uttar Pradesh Sep 26 to attend a series of lectures, a university official said Saturday. “Kalam has agreed to visit the varsity and will participate in a series of lectures on contemporary issues like girl education and women empowerment,” Allahabad University vice-chancellor Rajen Govind Harshe told IANS.
“As Kalam loves to chat with students, we will also organise a special interactive session in which students can ask questions to the former president,” he added.
