Junior judo tournament begins in Agra
February 18th, 2012 - 1:07 pm ICT by IANSAgra, Feb 18 (IANS) While all eyes are on the electoral battle raging in Uttar Pradesh, 900 junior judo champions from 27 Indian states are fighting it out at the Eklavya Stadium in Agra, for 96 gold, silver and bronze medals.
The competitions that began Friday evening will continue till Monday in different categories.
The UP Judo Association is hosting the event.
The meet was opened by Agra’s chief development officer, Raj Kumar Srivatsav.
