Additional Sessions Judge Kamini Lau, accompanied by the public prosecutor, the investigation officer and defence counsel, inspected a spot in Jahangirpuri over the victim’s gangrape by five people in March 2011. The minor rape victim is reportedly an epileptic.
After conducting the spot inspection, Judge Lau reserved her order for Friday.
The court Wednesday said that the spot inspection became important as during the course of arguments a major controversy and disagreement had emerged.
