London, Aug 1 (IANS) Actress Angelina Jolie is planning to take her kids on a month-long break to Africa’s Sahara Desert.
Jolie, who is raising Maddox, nine, Pax, seven, Zahara, six, Shiloh, five, and three-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne with partner Brad Pitt, is keen to embark on the trip so that Ethiopian-born adopted daughter Zahara and Shiloh, who was born in Namibia, can get back to their roots, reports contactmusic.com.
“We want to cross the Sahara. It takes 28 days. It would have to be on a camel. I wonder if we could do it in pieces and station the kids along the way? Zahara wants to get back to Africa, and Shiloh too. So everyone takes their turns in their country,” she told the Financial Times newspaper.
