Jayalalithaa meets PM

New Delhi, June 14 (IANS) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa called on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Tuesday, a day after arriving here on her first visit since taking power nearly a month ago.
Jayalalithaa submitted a memorandum to the prime minister listing some of the fiscal demands of her government, an aide said.
Jayalalithaa led the AIADMK to a thumping win in assembly elections, crushing the DMK-Congress alliance.
